ÜCRETSİZ İPTAL ŞARTLARI
Ücretsiz tarih, saat değişiklikleri ve talep iptali sadece hizmet süresine 24 saatten fazla süre olması durumunda yapılabilir. 24 saatten daha az bir süre kalan taleplerde hizmet bedeli olarak ücret talep edilir. Ücret ödemesi yapıldı ise iade edilmeyebilir.
ÜCRETSİZ SAAT VE TARİH DEĞİŞİKLİĞİ ŞARTLARI
Saat ve tarih değişikliği sadece hizmet süresine 12 saatten fazla bir süre varsa mümkündür. 12 saat ve daha az bir süre kala yapılacak tarih, saat değişikliği ya da talep iptali durumunda (Şirket ve personellerin Mağdur edilmemesi adına) Ücret iadesi yapılamamaktadır. Rezervasyon işlemi nakit ise faturalandırılan bedel üzerinden ilamlı icra takibi başlatılır.
